Attending the AT&T Business Summit this year? Come meet the Fortinet team to see how we can secure your future business initiatives.

Moving into 2020, digital transformation remains a top priority for business leaders – around the world and across industries. As the solutions available to enable digital transformation continue to advance, leaders are often left wondering how to best select and implement digitization tools that not only incorporate edge-to-edge technologies that align with their future business goals, but that also ensure that those transformation efforts don’t compromise their security.

Fortinet is participating in this year’s AT&T Business Summit to help today’s leadership answer questions like this. This summit will offer insight into how businesses can make smart investments in their technology, and their team, to take full advantage of the opportunities afforded by digital transformation. And Fortinet will be there to help ensure that security remains an integrated part of that strategy.

AT&T Business Summit Overview

This year’s conference will bring an estimated 4,000 attendees together across sectors such as healthcare, finance, manufacturing, energy, retail, and more, to discuss the theme: Dawn of a New Decade. The summit will be held from November 4-7, 2019 at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center (Level 2, Halls B-D) in Dallas, Texas.

Attendees will have the chance to network, collaborate, and hear from a variety of business leaders and industry experts on how to transform their business to remain competitive in today’s fast-paced world. The conference offers more than 160 sessions hosted by more than 200 speakers addressing the future of business.

In addition to these informative sessions, attendees will have the chance to see and experience first-hand the solutions enabling the future of business in action, including hands-on demonstrations at the Innovation Showcase Exhibition. While there, attendees can meet one-on-one with Summit sponsors like Fortinet to learn about the most advanced solutions enabling digital transformation.

Fortinet at the AT&T Business Summit

Fortinet will be showcasing cutting edge security solutions at the Innovation Showcase Exhibition in booth #226. Here, the Fortinet team will be demonstrating how we enable secure digital transformation with our integrated Security Fabric, advanced edge solutions, Secure SD-WAN, multi-cloud solutions, and more.

As organizations embrace virtualized infrastructures, Fortinet offers next-generation virtual firewalls, virtual web applications firewalls, and virtual network functions (VNFs) that run seamlessly and consistently across the widest range of virtual network and private and public cloud environments in the industry. Using virtual SPU technology, our VNFs increase carrier and application security performance while requiring less storage than similar offerings, enabling cost-effective cloud and virtual network protection. Visit our booth to learn how to best secure your edge solutions with Fortinet’s best-in-class Security VNF technology.

Attendees can also learn how to achieve the best network performance without compromising on security to protect your organization against the expanding attack surface with the FortiGate Next Generation Firewalls. Our NGFWs leverage threat intelligence and purpose-built security processors to enable defense in-depth with high performance – even when inspecting encrypted data. NGFWs are an integral component of the Fortinet Security Fabric, which leverages integration and automation across a wide portfolio of Fortinet and Fabric-Ready Partner solutions to stop advanced threats through AI-driven breach prevention.

Learn about these solutions and more at booth #226.

Critical Breakout Session: AI – Connecting Cybercrime DNA

In addition to the Innovation Showcase Exhibition, attendees at the summit can hear from Fortinet’s Global Security Strategist, Keith Rayle in our breakout session, AI – Connecting Cybercrime DNA. This session will be hosted on November 6th at 1:00pm.

As consumers become more concerned with how organizations use, store, and secure the growing volumes of data and devices, organizations must turn to solutions that use artificial intelligence and machine learning to ensure that security can operate at today’s business speeds. Such advanced abilities enable the automatic analysis of threat intelligence to detect and respond to threats in real time, and to help the IT security team gain an understanding of attack patterns and get predictive attack insights.

However, while many have heard of AI and machine learning, few understand how it really works – or how to ensure the solution they select is advanced enough to actually protect them against threats – especially those leveraging these same technologies. One way to get the most out of these critical technologies is by understanding how they are used by cyber criminals.

This breakout session will review the history of AI, providing attendees with an in-depth understanding of how it works – and specifically how it can be used for endpoint protection, malware management, and more. They will also look at the use of AI by cybercriminals, and learn how artificial neural networks can enable AI to drastically improve the efficacy of security operations at their organization.
